Who we are
PyratechAI is a trading name used by an independent individual (sole proprietor) based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and is not an incorporated company. "PyratechAI", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator. You can contact us at hello@pyratechai.com.
Acceptance
By accessing or using PyratechAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & permitted use
PyratechAI is a self-service decision-support application for business and technology professionals. You may use it to evaluate AI initiatives for lawful business purposes.
Accounts
Accounts are optional: you may use the free calculator and analyzer anonymously. An account is required only to save assessments to the cloud and to keep ongoing, account-based access to products you purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for keeping your account information accurate. Customer accounts do not grant administrative access. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms.
Digital product access & entitlements
Access to a purchased digital product is granted after payment is verified and is tied to your purchase entitlement and/or a time-limited secure download link. If you buy while signed out, you must verify your email to permanently link the purchase to an account. Entitlements and downloads are for your own use and may not be shared, resold or transferred except where the applicable Product License expressly permits.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, resell or redistribute the tools, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Your inputs and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and assumptions you enter. Outputs depend entirely on those inputs.
Saved assessments & decision history
Reassessing a saved initiative may create a new decision or version while preserving prior completed decisions for your reference. Historical decisions reflect the inputs and methodology in effect at the time and should not be treated as current recommendations after the underlying inputs or methodology have changed.
Nature of outputs — decision support only
The ROI calculations, scores, scenarios and recommendations (including FUND, PILOT, REMEDIATE, DEFER and STOP) are structured decision-support estimates intended to support, not replace, your independent business judgment. PyratechAI does not provide financial, investment, legal, regulatory, accounting or other professional advice and does not guarantee any ROI, savings, revenue, productivity or business outcome.
Intellectual property
PyratechAI, including its software, content, design and methodology, is owned by PyratechAI and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not to copy or repurpose it.
Your information
Assessment inputs used without an account are processed in your browser, and saved assessments and account data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Information you submit (such as email or contact messages) is handled per that policy.
Digital products
Paid toolkits are digital downloadable products licensed under the Product License. Access is provided after successful payment.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay and charged in Indian Rupees (INR); prices may also be displayed in US dollars for reference. You authorise the INR amount shown at Razorpay checkout, including any coupon applied.
Refunds
Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (for example Razorpay and our email and hosting providers). Their availability and terms may affect the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyratechAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using the tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or discontinue the service, or restrict access for misuse, at our discretion.
Changes
We may update the service and these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Nothing in this section removes mandatory statutory rights available to you under the law of your place of residence, and those rights take precedence over any conflicting term here.
