What is PyratechAI? — PyratechAI creates practical self-service tools for evaluating AI investments — starting with the AI ROI & Business Case Calculator and a $149 decision-ready toolkit. Who is the AI ROI Calculator for? — AI and data leaders, CIO/CTO organizations, AI product managers, architects, transformation leaders, consultants, technology managers and founders — anyone who has to decide whether an AI initiative justifies investment. How is AI ROI calculated? — Deterministically. We sum initial and recurring costs, quantify benefit across productivity, cost reduction, margin-adjusted revenue and risk avoidance, discount productivity for adoption and realization, adjust year one for implementation and ramp-up, then compute 3-year net value, ROI, payback and benefit-cost ratio. Every formula is shown in the 'How this was calculated' section. Why do you discount productivity savings for adoption and realization? — Because theoretical time savings rarely become financial value automatically. Not every intended user adopts a tool, and not every reclaimed hour converts into a measurable cost reduction or revenue gain. Applying an adoption rate and a realization rate is what makes a business case credible to finance. Is this financial advice? — No. The calculator provides planning estimates based on your assumptions. It is not investment, financial, legal or accounting advice, and results should be validated before any decision. Does PyratechAI store my calculator data? — No. Your calculator inputs remain in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to or stored by PyratechAI. We don't ask for your company name, your name, or project details beyond what the calculation needs. What is included in the paid toolkit? — When you buy, the download becomes your own Analyzer case: an economics model (Excel) with live formulas filled from your inputs, a Word decision case and a committee deck — all named after your initiative. The fully worked 'Customer Service Copilot' files are included too, clearly labeled as a preview sample. The toolkit also ships the use-case value scorecard, cost checklist, pilot plan, decision gates and reassessment tracker. What format are the downloads? — Editable Office files with real logic built in — not blank templates. Your Decision Pack's Excel has a live 'Your Case' sheet (SUM totals, ROI, payback computed from your numbers), a values-only Decision sheet, a labeled Sample sheet and an Evidence sheet. The Word case and PowerPoint deck quote your Analyzer's on-screen ROI, payback and 3-year figures and are named for your initiative — not the sample. Can consultants use the toolkit for client work? — Yes — the Consultant License ($349 one-time or $29/month) lets you build client decision packs across unlimited engagements and remove PyratechAI branding from the Word, PowerPoint and Excel deliverables yourself. The files ship branded; the license grants you the right to strip that branding — they are not generated white-label. You still may not resell or redistribute the source templates themselves. What is Analyzer Pro? — Analyzer Pro is an optional subscription ($19/month or $179/year) for the AI Investment Analyzer. Every account gets the portfolio clock — Due, Watching or Clear — for up to 2 saved initiatives. Pro unlocks that clock across more than two initiatives, side-by-side comparison, a CSV export that includes the Due flag, custom brand logo on exported PDFs and the Decision Timeline PDF export. What is the Reviewed Business Case? — An optional $999 human-reviewed service. You run the free Analyzer, then request a marked-up review: a PyratechAI reviewer marks up the locked Analyzer decision — which assumptions they do not accept, which evidence is still E0 or E1, and what would have to change the gate. They mark up the engine's verdict; they do not replace it with a generated case. How much does the paid toolkit cost? — The AI Investment Toolkit is $149 one-time — the single paid product. The download becomes your own Analyzer case (economics model, decision case and committee deck named for your initiative), and the Customer Service Copilot files ship alongside as a labeled preview sample. The free calculators, Modernization Engine and Analyzer always stay free. How is this different from asking a language model? — A language model will write a case and can be talked into a different verdict. The Analyzer locks one of five decisions (FUND, PILOT, REMEDIATE, DEFER, STOP) from your inputs, keeps attractiveness separate from evidence, and lets a hard blocker override the ROI. The language model in PyratechAI only estimates inputs — it never chooses the decision. Can an entire team use one purchase? — Yes — a purchase may be used internally within your organization, including with colleagues working on the same initiatives. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the templates is not permitted. See the Product License. What is the refund policy for digital products? — Toolkits are delivered instantly. You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase; for duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, a material defect, or inability to access the product, you can request within 14 days.
