How is AI ROI calculated?

Deterministically. We sum initial and recurring costs, quantify benefit across productivity, cost reduction, margin-adjusted revenue and risk avoidance, discount productivity for adoption and realization, adjust year one for implementation and ramp-up, then compute 3-year net value, ROI, payback and benefit-cost ratio. Every formula is shown in the 'How this was calculated' section.

Why do you discount productivity savings for adoption and realization?

Because theoretical time savings rarely become financial value automatically. Not every intended user adopts a tool, and not every reclaimed hour converts into a measurable cost reduction or revenue gain. Applying an adoption rate and a realization rate is what makes a business case credible to finance.

No. Your calculator inputs remain in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to or stored by PyratechAI. We don't ask for your company name, your name, or project details beyond what the calculation needs.

You never need an account or a subscription to use the free calculator or analyzer.

What is the Reviewed Business Case?

It's an optional $999 human-reviewed service. You complete the free calculator or Analyzer, then request a review — a PyratechAI reviewer pressure-tests your numbers, assumptions and evidence and returns a strengthened, board-ready business case. You request it through a short form and we follow up with scope and an invoice; it is a human service, not an automated download.

Can an entire team use one purchase?

Yes — a purchase may be used internally within your organization, including with colleagues working on the same initiatives. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the templates is not permitted. See the Product License.

What is the refund policy for digital products?

Toolkits are delivered instantly. You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase; for duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, a material defect, or inability to access the product, you can request within 14 days.
