How PyratechAI handles information. This describes how the product actually works. Last updated June 2026.
Who operates PyratechAI
PyratechAI is a trading name used by an independent individual (sole proprietor) based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. References to "PyratechAI", "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator. PyratechAI is not an incorporated company. You can reach us at hello@pyratechai.com or via the Contact page.
Using the tools without an account
You can use the AI ROI Calculator and the AI Investment Analyzer without creating an account. When you do, the figures, assumptions, scores and evidence grades you enter are processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage so you can resume your work. Used this way, those inputs are not transmitted to or stored on PyratechAI servers, and they are never used to train any AI model.
Saving an assessment to your account
If you create an account and choose to save an assessment, that assessment — your inputs, scores and resulting decision — is stored on our servers so you can access it across devices and reassess it over time. Reassessing an initiative may create a new decision/version while preserving your prior completed decisions for your decision history; historical decisions reflect the inputs and methodology in effect at the time and are not current recommendations once inputs or methodology change. You can delete any saved assessment, or your whole account, at any time.
Information you actively provide
If you subscribe to updates, join a waitlist, use the contact form, or purchase a toolkit, we receive the information you submit — typically an email address and, for contact requests, your message. This is used only to provide the service you requested.
Accounts are optional
You do not need an account to run the calculator or analyzer. An account is only needed to save assessments to the cloud and to keep ongoing, account-based access to any products you purchase. We do not require your company name, employer or phone number to run an assessment.
Account data
When you create an account we store your name, email address, verification status and timestamps. For email/password accounts we store a securely hashed password — never your raw password. For Google sign-in we store a Google-verified identifier instead of a password.
Purchases, access records and entitlements
We keep a record of your purchases and the resulting product entitlements — the product, amount, order reference and status — so we can grant and maintain your access and provide support. Entitlements are tied to your account and/or a verified purchase email.
Analytics
We record a small number of privacy-conscious, first-party product events (for example, that a calculator or analyzer was started or completed, or that a checkout was initiated) to understand overall usage. These events do not include your assessment inputs. Analytics are stored on our own infrastructure; we do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
Newsletter, waitlist, verification, password-reset and purchase-confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, Zoho Mail. We share only the email address and message content needed to deliver the email.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout; PyratechAI never receives or stores your raw payment credentials. We retain a record of the transaction (product, amount, status) to deliver your purchase and provide support.
Purposes for processing
To operate the tools, deliver digital products, respond to enquiries, send requested emails, understand aggregate usage, and maintain the security and integrity of the service.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: Razorpay (payments), Zoho Mail (email), Emergent-managed Google sign-in (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and our cloud hosting/database provider (which stores accounts, saved assessments and purchase records). Each receives only the information needed for its function and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected. Assessment inputs used without an account remain in your browser until you clear them. Saved assessments are kept until you delete them or delete your account; deleting your account removes your saved assessments. Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes even after account deletion, and entitlements are detached so you can reclaim them later by verifying the same email. Data held independently by our payment and email providers is retained by them under their own policies. Security
We use reputable service providers and standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
PyratechAI is offered primarily to customers in the United States and may accept customers elsewhere where it is legally and operationally able to do so. Information you submit (such as an email or purchase) may be processed by our service providers in the countries where they operate. Any mandatory data-protection or consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your location continue to apply.
Your choices and rights
You can clear your assessment inputs at any time by removing them in the tool or clearing your browser storage. You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and you can contact us to request access to or deletion of information you have submitted. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Children's privacy
PyratechAI is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new 'last updated' date.
