We built PyratechAI because we kept rebuilding the same ROI models, readiness scorecards and portfolio-prioritization spreadsheets for clients. Every engagement reinvented the same math, only slightly differently — and every business case got picked apart in the same three ways.

So we generalized those models into a set of deterministic, self-service tools — the ROI Calculator, the Use-Case Prioritizer, the AI Readiness Assessment and the AI Investment Analyzer — and put them on the web for free. The paid Business Case Toolkit is the same set of Excel, Word and PowerPoint deliverables we use in engagements, packaged so teams can run their own review without waiting for a consultant.

When the tools aren't enough, we work directly. That happens most often when stakeholders disagree, when a business case has to survive a board room, or when a portfolio decision needs an outside view. Those engagements happen through /consulting — a contact form, not a booking calendar, and priced by outcome, not by hours.
