Refund Policy
How refunds work for PyratechAI digital products. Last updated June 2026.
Digital products
Toolkits are digital products delivered instantly. After a successful payment through Razorpay, download links are provided on the confirmation page (and by email where you provide an address).
Refund window
You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase. In addition, for duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, a material defect, or an inability to access a purchased digital product that we cannot reasonably resolve, you may submit a request within 14 days of purchase.
Change of mind
Because digital products are delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Email hello@pyratechai.com (or use the Contact page) with your purchase details so we can verify the transaction. Please reach out within the applicable window above.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law; where those rights apply, they take precedence over any conflicting term in this policy.
