License terms for PyratechAI paid downloadable products (toolkits). Last updated June 2026.
Your license
On purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded templates and models for your own business purposes and internally within your organization, including with colleagues who work on the same initiatives.
Consultants
If you are a consultant or advisor, you may use the toolkits to produce deliverables for your own client engagements. You may not provide the source templates themselves to clients or third parties as a substitute for their own purchase.
Consultant License (white-label & multi-client)
Holders of a Consultant License (one-time or active monthly subscription) additionally receive white-label rights — you may remove PyratechAI branding from the Word, PowerPoint and Excel deliverables — and may reuse the toolkits across unlimited client engagements. These extra rights apply only while the license or subscription is valid and still do not permit reselling, redistributing or publishing the source templates themselves.
Modification
You may adapt and modify the templates for your own internal use.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or make the templates publicly available or downloadable, in original or modified form.
Ownership
PyratechAI retains all rights, title and interest in the underlying templates, models and methodology. The license does not transfer ownership.
Your outputs
Content and analyses you create using the templates (your numbers, your business case) belong to you.
