About the AI ROI Calculator
The PyratechAI ROI Calculator is a free, deterministic tool for building the economic case behind an AI initiative. It produces a defensible three-year view of ROI, payback, benefit-cost ratio and net value from the same inputs finance would ask for: initial investment, annual recurring cost, productivity value (headcount × loaded cost × hours saved), direct cost reduction, revenue contribution at gross margin, risk avoidance, adoption rate and value-realization rate. The math is fully transparent and matches the formulas published on our Methodology page.
Why productivity is discounted twice
Theoretical productivity is not the same as realized financial value. Two multipliers make the number honest: adoption rate — the share of intended users who actually use the tool — and value-realization rate — the share of theoretical benefit that becomes a hard cost or measurable outcome. Diffuse "time saved across a team" rarely converts to a headcount reduction; a specific redeployment plan or a hard cost removal does. Applying both multipliers separates a credible business case from a spreadsheet fantasy.
What the Calculator does not do
The Calculator computes economics — it does not make the investment decision.
